It's been said that all of the really good building spots have been taken. At Shore Helical LLC we believe that's not necessarily true. It's just that until now you really couldn't build in less than ideal soil conditions. Using CHANCE® new construction piles allows you to rethink building where you might not have considered before. New construction piles are installed at intervals between the footing forms and tie into the rebar grid work prior to pouring the concrete. The piles are driven to depths attaining the torque correlated to the required load bearing capacity.
